Switch between modes by turning your light switch off and on. No app, no wifi, no hub, no subscription required.
Each time you switch the bulb off and back on, it moves one step forward: Amber to Full Spectrum to Dual, then back to Amber. The bulb always picks up where it left off. Switch it off on Amber, come back the next day, and it comes on in Full Spectrum.

Healthy smart GU10 Bulb fits any standard GU10 fitting
This healthy smart GU10 bulb fits any standard GU10 twist and lock socket. Ceiling downlights, spotlight tracks, wall fittings, and floor lamps. No rewiring, no special fittings, no electrician needed. If your current spotlights take a GU10 bulb, this drops straight in.
Three modes, one healthy smart GU10 bulb
RELAX Sunset Amber – 100% blue light free
Warm sunset amber light with zero blue light. Comfortable for reading, conversation, and everyday sunset-evening use. The brain does not register amber as a daytime signal, making RELAX Amber the natural choice from sunset onwards. Amber light does not suppress melatonin, making it a supportive option for anyone managing sleep difficulties, autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, or neurodivergence.
TASK Full Spectrum – balanced white light
Full spectrum white light that closely replicates the visible spectrum of natural sunlight, with blue, green, yellow, orange, and red all in balance. TASK mode is for situations where you need bright, colour accurate light and natural light is not available – food preparation, applying makeup, painting, drawing, or detailed work. Once the task is done, switching back to RELAX Amber is always the better choice for the evening.
Dual – warm low blue light
Amber and full spectrum together produce a warm white light close in feel to traditional incandescent bulbs, with a lower blue content than TASK mode alone. A natural fit for early morning routines or the step down between daytime and evening, when you want more warmth than full spectrum but are not yet ready to switch fully to amber.
How to use your healthy smart GU10 bulb
Each time you turn the bulb off and back on, it moves to the next mode:
- RELAX Sunset Amber first mode, and the one after Dual
- TASK Full Spectrum next after Amber
- Dual next after Full Spectrum, then back to Amber
The bulb mode always moves one step forward. It does not restart from the beginning. A suggested approach for most households: use TASK Full Spectrum during the day in rooms where natural light is limited, move to Dual in the late afternoon, and switch to RELAX Amber from sunset onwards.
All four GU10 variants fit the same standard UK spotlight and downlight sockets: SLEEP Peaceful Red GU10, RELAX Sunset Amber GU10, and RELAX and TASK 3in1 Smart GU10.

RELAX Sunset Amber is suitable for most evening use. TASK Full Spectrum and Dual modes contain blue light and are not recommended close to bedtime.
