Fits any standard GU10 spotlight fitting

This healthy smart GU10 spotlight bulb fits any standard GU10 twist and lock socket. Ceiling downlights, spotlight tracks, wall fittings, and floor lamps. No rewiring, no special fittings, no electrician needed. If your current spotlights take a GU10 bulb, this drops straight in.

Healthy smart GU10 spotlight bulb: three modes, zero blue light

Mode 1: SLEEP Red, 100% blue and green light free

Peaceful SLEEP Red light with no blue and no green light. The brain does not read red as daytime, making SLEEP Red the most sleep supportive mode available. Suited to bedrooms, the hour before sleep, and anyone managing sleep difficulties, autism, ADHD, neurodivergence, or melatonin sensitivity.

Mode 2: RELAX Sunset Amber, 100% blue light free

Warm sunset amber light, brighter than red and comfortable for reading, conversation, and everyday evening use. Standard LED GU10 spotlights contain approximately 35% blue light. RELAX Sunset Amber contains none.

Mode 3: Dual, SLEEP Red and RELAX Sunset Amber combined, 100% blue light free

Red and amber together, slightly fuller and warmer than amber alone. A natural choice for those who want something between the brightness of amber and the depth of red, or who prefer a gradual move toward sleep.

How to use your healthy smart GU10 spotlight bulb

• Turn your wall light switch off and on to move to the next mode
• SLEEP Red comes on first
• Then RELAX Sunset Amber
• Then Dual = RELAX+SLEEP
• Then back to SLEEP Red
