Both the SLEEP Peaceful Red GU10 and the RELAX Sunset Amber GU10 remove 100% blue light. The key difference is that the SLEEP Red also removes green light, making it the more complete sleep lighting option.

When SLEEP Peaceful Red GU10 May Not Be Ideal

The SLEEP Peaceful Red GU10 is a specialist sleep lighting bulb and is not designed for general household use. It is dimmer than the RELAX Amber GU10 and produces a deep red glow that is not suitable for tasks requiring colour accuracy, detailed work, or bright general lighting.

For everyday evening use across kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and living rooms, the RELAX Sunset Amber GU10 is the recommended alternative.
