Both the RELAX Sunset Amber GU10 and the SLEEP Red GU10 remove 100% blue light. The difference is when and where you use them.

• SLEEP Peaceful Red GU10 goes further by removing green light as well as blue, leaving a deep red glow the brain reads most clearly as night. Typically chosen for bedroom spotlights or the last hour before bed. Some customers find SLEEP Red too dim for general room use, which is exactly why RELAX Amber exists.

Many customers use both: RELAX Sunset Amber GU10 across the home in the evening, SLEEP Peaceful Red GU10 in the bedroom from an hour before sleep.

When RELAX Sunset Amber GU10 May Not Be Ideal

Amber GU10 spotlight bulbs aren’t right for every task. If you’re applying makeup, cooking where colour accuracy matters, or doing detailed work, a white light source will serve you better for those specific moments. Many customers use RELAX Sunset Amber GU10s as their main ceiling lighting and keep a small white task lamp for these moments.
