Both our Sunset Amber and Peaceful Red healthy lighting range are designed to remove blue light, but they are typically used at different times and/or different purposes.:
- Sunset Amber Lighting is often chosen as a general late afternoon/early evening light. It provides a warmer, brighter glow that works well throughout the home after sunset, offering comfortable visibility while avoiding the blue light found in standard white bulbs. Many people use amber bulbs in living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms, as their first step away from standard white lighting.
- Peaceful Red Lighting is typically used later at night, when the lowest possible visual stimulation is preferred. In addition to removing blue light, red lighting also contains no green light, making it a frequent choice for bedrooms, reading lamps, hallways, and night-time use in the final hours before sleep.
