In my autistics sons room, he’s 25, doesn’t switch off. easy enough for him to use and i don’t worry if he has the brighter setting because no blue light. he is more relaxed in the night

Can’t believe the difference changing a lightbulb. Such a lovey colour, not bright on the eyes, enough light to see what you are doing, and dim enough to appreciate the evening ambience. best £20 i’ve spent in a long time, i really enjoy my red light night time chill with my feet up.
