CHIRYŌ Light Therapy Premium Panels are FDA Medical Class II Devices (the majority of LED Light Therapy products worldwide do Not reach these standards). All Premium CHIRYŌ Light Therapy panels hold: CE, FDA, FCC, ETL, RoSH, ISO13485, with a warranty of 3 years.

CHIRYŌ Light Therapy CalmMotion™ holds: CE, RoSH (UK and US) and Healthy Lighting holds: CE, RoSH and FCC. These products have a warranty of 2 years.

Coming Soon: CHIRYŌ Light Therapy Bespoke are manufactured by companies which are certificated and produce FDA Medical Class II products (along with ETL, FCC, CE, RoSH and ISO). CHIRYŌ Light Therapy Bespoke (Blue) are hand picked specifications which have been scientifically proven to provide an array of results for the majority of users, so we provide you with the best chance of a successful treatment experience.

Please note unless otherwise stated, All Bespoke’ products are not FDA Medical Class II devices despite the company/manufactures holding numerous FDA accreditations for light therapy products. Due to the personalised nature of LED Ratio, Wavelengths, and combination of colours FDA would require each bespoke model to be registered/inspected/tested. 

Please note FDA currently do not recognise Yellow, Cyan, Purple, White, or Green Light Therapy so it is impossible to be granted FDA Clearance. FDA provide clear information/guidance on their website, and have only approved Red, Near-Infrared and Blue LED Light Therapy, hence why all FDA 510k/Cleared Face and Neck Mask are only Red, Blue and Near-Infrared.

UK ORDERS

FREE Delivery: UK orders over £39.95 are sent via Royal Mail 48 (2-3 day delivery).

Orders below £39.95 are charged £2.95 and sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked and Signed. This is CHIRYŌ Light Therapy’s standard shipping terms for orders. The majority of items arrive in 2-3 days. 

Royal Mail 24, or Royal Mail Guaranteed 1pm next day delivery: Should you require your CHIRYŌ Light Therapy Products sooner this method will be more suitable as items will arrive 1-2 days.

SPLITTING OF ORDER

Occasionally your order will be split due to size, weight and cost, however your items are expected to arrive on the same day and no additional charges will apply. Tracking references and signatures will be required per individual delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery to the US is 6-7 days. Orders are sent via UK company Royal Mail with Tracking provided to view your parcel during transit, and a Signature will be required to confirm receipt. 

Free Delivery is available however minimum thresholds differ dependant on worldwide location. Shipping duration is approximately 7-14 day delivery, Tracked, and Signature required as standard.

CHIRYŌ Light Therapy is committed to reducing waste and minimising our environmental impact. To support sustainability, we use recycled packaging for postage, sourcing boxes and materials from other companies that no longer need them.

This helps extend the life of packaging that would otherwise be discarded, reducing landfill waste and promoting a more eco-friendly shipping process. While we repurpose these materials, CHIRYŌ Light Therapy is not affiliated with, nor does it endorse, the companies from which we obtain our packaging. Our priority is to ensure your order arrives safely while making responsible choices that align with our commitment to sustainability.
