Great light, i suffer with headaches and was worried that it may keep me up due to the blue light contents (1.5%). Couldn't be more wrong, less blue than all other lights on the market, doesn't keep me up and i feel more itred in comparison to my dimmed standard lighting. I use calm green lighting in my lounge and kitchen, and have the green 520 lamp for my bedroom. Brilliant couldn't be happier, less headaches, less eye strain, better sleep.
